Apple Nut
Cake 1 ¾ cup
sugar, 1 tsp. soda 1 tsp. cinnamon, 3 eggs 1 cup oil, ½ tsp. salt 2 cup flour, 1 tsp. vanilla 1 cup chopped nuts, 2 cups sliced apples Combine
first eight ingredients. Mix well. Add nuts and apples. Bake in
greased and floured 9" X 13" pan at 350 degrees for 40–45 min. Top
with powdered sugar. Anna Louisa’s Kartoffelsalat 10
sm–med potatoes, 2 apples 3 hard-boiled eggs, 2 sm. onions 1 lb. spiced ham, 2 dill pickles ¼ cup water, 2 tsp. vinegar 2 tsp. oil, ¼ tsp. salt ½ tsp. pepper 1 small jar of Marzetti Slaw Dressing Cut
first six ingredients into small chunks and combine. Set aside.
Combine next five ingredients. Mix all together and add slaw
dressing. Let sit for an hour before serving. |
