"Make a Memory" here at Monroe's Orchard! Looking forward to seeing you.
Our season this year began June 3rd. This has been a year to keep Roger on his toes with the late frosts, early warmth, etc. The strawberries are great and taste great too! It's tough not to eat an entire quart while being in the farm market all day. Remember we open at 8:00 each morning. We are open late, but call before you drive out in the first week, to make sure we are still open.

This picture was taken in June 2008. Laura and family came picking strawberries again last June. Laura looked more grown up, but still beautiful, and still had her strawberry shirt on! Thank you again, Laura and family!

One of our strawberries fields are being irrigated to the right. Strawberry season is a wonderful time for families to get together, and enjoy the beginning of summer. Our hours for strawberry season are different from all other seasons here. We are open 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday thru Saturday, and Sundays we are open from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. We like to be open later in the evenings for our strawberry customers. Sometimes it is difficult to fit everything into a summer day. Please always call before you travel out in the evenings. Since we pick by rows we possibly could be picked out for the day, most days though, we are here until 8:00 p.m. |
